Privacy policy
This policy sets out, plainly, what Lewisham Removals does with the information you give us when you request a quote, email, or otherwise get in touch. We keep it clear, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the pickup and drop-off addresses, your preferred moving date if you give one, and any notes. If you email or call, we keep what you share so we can reply and quote.
How we use it
- To prepare and send you a quote for your move or storage.
- To get in touch about your enquiry and arrange the work.
- To keep records of the jobs we carry out.
We only use your details for the reason you gave them to us, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.
Who sees it
Your details are handled by our team and the tools we use to run the business — for example, to receive and store enquiries securely. We share information with others only where it’s needed to carry out your move or where the law requires it. We don’t sell or rent your personal data.
How long we keep it
We hold enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to provide our service, meet our legal and accounting duties, and deal with anything that comes up afterwards. After that, we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we’re legally required to keep. Just email contact@lewisham-removals.co.uk.
